Hobbies

Different people bring out different facets of my personality. I am an ENFP, so I naturally adapt to my surroundings and the people I am with. I enjoy having deep, theological and philosophical conversations when the opportunities present themselves; no topic or idea is off limits for me. I also enjoy small talk and conversing about the everyday parts of life. Being an academic peer advisor for one year and a resident advisor for two years in college has taught me a lot about how to interact with peers as both a leader and a friend. This skillset has helped me to become a better tutor as well. Playing and writing music has been an important part of my life for the past decade. Growing up, I played guitar, drums, and sang at several churches during their services. In recent years, I have become more interested in songwriting and creating new art. Some of the best weeks of my life have been spent participating in and later returning as a resident advisor for the WV Governor School for the Arts. I am an active person and enjoy playing sports and running. Some of my favorite sports are tennis, racquetball, and volleyball.
